Return Policy
In the rare case when you might need help with a return, don’t worry! The following Return Policy information will help you process your return:
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please call us and speak with a customer solutions representative to obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions. We will credit your account in the same manner as your original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Unopened Merchandise
You may return any “unopened” products and accessories within 30 days of delivery but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. After you have obtained an RMA, simply return the item to us using the most convenient shipping method available to you. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Some products include free shipping. If one of these items are returned to us, the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Opened Merchandise
“Opened” products and accessories cannot be returned.
Power equipment cannot be returned after it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.
Special Order Items
Returns are not allowed for special order products since these items are not routinely stocked at our warehouse.
Cancelled Orders
An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order which has already been shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping costs.
Damaged Products
Be sure to take time to inspect shipped merchandise before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment, you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging for the repair or return of the damaged merchandise. Concealed damage claims must be reported immediately.
Suspect Damage
If you suspect concealed damage due to damage to the outer carton, be sure to note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. The remedy of a freight claim is easier if you later discover the merchandise is indeed damaged.
Obvious Damage
Do not sign for damaged merchandise. If your merchandise arrives damaged, you should REFUSE DELIVERY and CALL US IMMEDIATELY so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you.
Defective Merchandise
Be sure to test your merchandise within 15 days of receipt so we can remedy any problems or issues. If you think your merchandise is defective, don’t worry. In most cases, it’s a simple issue that can be quickly remedied over the telephone. You are also welcome to contact the manufacturer’s customer service department where you will find expert technicians standing by to resolve your issue. Please have your model number and serial number available for fastest service.
