Residential Transfer Switches
Protect your home with transfer switches designed specifically for residential use. These switches are fully integrated with Cummins home generators and meet UL 1008 safety standards – your assurance of quality and safety.
Installation is straightforward, and operation is completely automatic. When your power goes out, the switch detects the outage and signals your generator to start. Once your generator is running and stable, the switch transfers your home's electrical load from the utility to your generator. When utility power returns, the switch automatically transfers your home back to utility power and signals the generator to shut down. You don't have to do anything – it all happens automatically.
Our residential switches are available in Service Entrance models that connect directly to your main electrical panel using UL-listed circuit breakers.
