Engine & Fuel System
The QSB7-G9 engine meets Tier IV Final and EU Stage IIIa emissions standards without requiring a diesel particulate filter (DPF), reducing maintenance complexity in the field. A high-pressure common rail fuel system minimizes engine noise and smoke output, while advanced electronic controls with an integrated after-treatment system optimize fuel efficiency and reduce emissions.
Two-stage fuel filtration delivers reliable particle and water separation, and Cummins Direct Flow™ air filtration extends service intervals while simplifying on-site maintenance. The dual-speed engine operates at both 50 and 60 Hz for domestic and international applications.

Alternator
Stamford 12-lead reconnectable alternator with an integrated voltage selection switch. Permanent magnet excitation provides stable, consistent performance under non-linear load conditions.
Generator Set Controls
The C200D2RE is equipped with PowerCommand 3.3© and Masterless Load Demand (MLD) technology, which intelligently adjusts power output in real time to match fluctuating load demand — improving fuel efficiency and reducing unnecessary runtime. MLD-capable units can also communicate and share load data across paralleled generator sets, making this an ideal choice for larger, multi-unit power deployments. All controls are consolidated into a single, intuitive interface with precise frequency and voltage regulation and real-time alarm and status messaging.
Engine Instrumentation
Oil pressure, coolant temperature, fuel level, DEF level, and battery voltage gauges. 5-digit digital hour meter. Engine control module includes remote start capability.
Rental Package Enclosure
Sound-attenuated, white powder-coated lockable enclosure with camlock and busbar distribution panel. Includes a 24-hour fuel tank (75% prime) with integrated leak detection sensor, housed within a single-wall tank with a 110% fluid containment basin for spill compliance.
Voltage Selector Options
4-position switch (60 Hz): 277/480V 3-phase, 139/240V 3-phase, 120/208V 3-phase, or 120/240V 1-phase. First position also supports 50 Hz at 230/400V 3-phase.
