Engine & Fuel System
The QSB7-G9 engine meets Tier IV Final and EU Stage IIIa emissions standards without requiring a diesel particulate filter (DPF). A high-pressure common rail fuel system reduces engine noise and smoke, while advanced electronic controls with an integrated after-treatment system improve fuel efficiency and lower emissions.
Two-stage fuel filtration provides optimum particle and water separation. Cummins Direct Flow™ air filtration extends service life and simplifies maintenance. The dual-speed engine operates at both 50 and 60 Hz.

Improved from Tier 2 maintenance cycle of 250 hours. Allows for fewer filter changes and more uptime.

Generator Set Controls
The C150D2RE features PowerCommand 3.3© with Masterless Load Demand (MLD) technology, which automatically adapts power output to match varying load demand. MLD-capable units can share operational data among paralleled generator sets for smarter, more efficient site power management. A single, easy-to-operate interface delivers precise frequency and voltage regulation along with real-time alarm and status message display.
Engine Instrumentation
Oil pressure, coolant temperature, fuel level, DEF level, and battery voltage gauges. 5-digit digital hour meter. Engine control module includes remote start capability.
Rental Package Enclosure
Sound-attenuated, white powder-coated lockable enclosure with camlock and busbar distribution panel. Includes a 24-hour fuel tank (75% prime) with leak detection sensor, housed in a single-wall tank with a 110% fluid containment basin.
Voltage Selector Options
4-position switch (60 Hz): 277/480V 3-phase, 139/240V 3-phase, 120/208V 3-phase, or 120/240V 1-phase. First position also supports 50 Hz at 230/400V 3-phase.
2-position switch (60 Hz): 277/480V or 347/600V 3-phase.
