The Cummins C200D6D is a fully integrated 200kW diesel generator system designed to deliver dependable standby power for industrial applications. This generator comes complete with a Level 1 green aluminum sound-attenuated enclosure rated for 180 mph wind loads (per ASCE 7-10 standards) and includes a 24-hour subbase fuel tank for extended runtime capability.
Engineered for optimal performance and reliability, this generator set meets stringent EPA Tier 3 emissions standards and is certified to UL 2200, NFPA 110 Type 10, and Type 1 specifications.
Key Features
Rugged Cummins Engine
At the heart of this generator is a heavy-duty 6.7-liter in-line 6-cylinder diesel engine with a cast iron block. This liquid-cooled, 4-cycle industrial engine operates at 1800 RPM, providing quiet performance, exceptional durability, and fast response to changing power demands while maintaining low emissions.
High-Performance Alternator
The brushless alternator features 2/3 pitch windings with low reactance, delivering excellent motor starting capability. It produces minimal waveform distortion when powering nonlinear loads and provides robust fault-clearing short-circuit capability.
PowerCommand 1.1 Control System
Standard equipment includes the PowerCommand 1.1 electronic control panel, which provides complete generator system integration. Features include automatic remote starting and stopping, precise frequency and voltage regulation, comprehensive alarm and status displays, output metering, automatic fault detection shutdown, and full NFPA 110 Level 1 compliance.
Sound-Attenuated Enclosure
The green Level 1 aluminum enclosure is engineered to reduce noise while protecting the generator from environmental elements. It's designed to withstand wind loads up to 180 mph according to ASCE 7-10 standards.
Integrated Fuel System
Includes a 24-hour subbase dual-wall fuel tank that is UL 142 and ULC-S601 listed, providing safe, code-compliant fuel storage for extended operation.
