Are you looking to cover the whole house or just the essentials?
What is your home's square footage?
How many air conditioners do you have and do you need to power all of them or just one or two? It also helps to know the tonnage of the A/Cs (i.e., 3-ton, 5-ton).
Does you home have one main breaker panel or multiple panels? What is the size of the Main Breaker (typically 200-Amp)?
Are you on city water or do you have a well pump?
What about pool and sump pumps?
